One of our school groups include an Arab school, a religious Jewish school and a regular secular school. The teachers and the principals were very excited when they signed on to the TEC program hoping that the exchange will be an opening for better understanding. As the program got underway some parents voiced their disapproval and started influencing other parents to call the school and stop their children from communicating with children from other sectors of the population.
How should the staff react?
אחד מאשכולות הלמידה שלנו כולל בית ספר ערבי, בית ספר יהודי ובית ספר חילוני. מורי ומנהלי בתי הספר נרשמו בהתלהבות לתכנית TEC בתקווה שההתנסות תפתח חלון להבנה בין הקבוצות. עם תחילת התהליך, חלק מההורים הביעו את חוסר שביעות רצונם וניסו לשכנע הורים נוספים לדרוש מההנהלה שלא תאפשר לילדיהם לתקשר עם תלמידים ממגזרים אחרים. כיצד צריך הצוות להגיב?
احدى مجموعاتنا التعلمية تتضمن مدارس عربية, يهودية متدينة وايضاً علمانية. معلمو ومدراء المدارس قاموا بتسجيل بكل حماس لبرنامج TEC على امل الوصول لتفاهم وتواصل بين المجموعتين. مع بداية السيرورة , قسم من الاهالي عبروا عن القليل من الرضا وحاولوا اقناع بعض من الاهالي الاخرون لطلب من ادارة البرنامج عدم السماح الولادهم التواصل مع اولاد من قطاعات (اماكن واوساط مختلفة). ما يجب على الطاقم العمل كرد فعل على هذا الفعل؟
